Lunchtime Classes This class is a great way to get in a one hour, invigorating mid-day practice. It is an especially transformational and restorative way to spend a lunch hour for those that work in the area. It is also perfect for those busy days, letting you absorb all of the benefits of Yoga in a more schedule-friendly session!
Bliss Out
This gently paced class starts off with 20-30 minutes of slow flow and stretching to open the energy lines of the body and release tension in the muscles and joints. It then moves into 45-55 minutes of deliciously calming restorative postures where students can experience "active relaxation". Through the perfect combination of a tranquil atmosphere, supportive prop use, essential oils and nurturing hands-on adjustments, this class will enable you to "Bliss Out" on your mat. Restorative poses are set up so that the body is held by the props and can completely surrender. Benefits include a serene mind, calm nervous system, improved concentration and an improvement of chronic conditions such as stress, insomnia, asthma, pain, migraines and depression. This class is ideal class for students who are looking for the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation, all levels are welcomed.
